Speaker: Tim NcNamera, McNamera and Company: Tim graduated from East Carolina University in December 1989 with a BSBA in Finance and concentration in Real Estate. Since then, he was a trainee for one year and in 1991 became a certified appraiser. Tim started McNamara & Company in April of 1995 and has thrived operating his appraisal firm since then. He enjoys his time appraising and measuring homes and has immense knowledge of the marketplace and excellent references from area Realtors®

TOPIC: Tim will discuss defending contract price in a rising market. He will also spend some time talking about the myth of refinance appraisals. Lastly, Tim will talk about dealing with appraisers (what to say and not to say). What kind of appraisal are you getting from your lender: Full, drive by, marketabilty, or AVM? This will be a very informative talk that touches on many different hot topics!
