Business and Corporate attorney Steve Glass will discuss incorporation and other forms of business entity. Do you know the implications on how you do business on your taxes, employees etc.? Come and find out if you are making the most of your business strategy.

SPEAKER:
Attorney Steve Glass is a graduate of Wake Forest University and Wake Forest University School of Law. He is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, American Bar Associations, North Carolina State Bar, Wake County Estate Planning Council and the CPA-Law Forum. He is the author of a number of publications on trusts, contract preparation, estates, LLCs and LLPs. He is a partner at Johnson, Hearn, Vinegar, Gee & Glass, PLLC in Raleigh.
