I relocated to the Triangle 20 yrs ago. Focus: Resale homes, new construction, Triangle area including Raleigh, Wake Forest, Cary, Apex, Morrisville, Chapel Hill, Chapel Ridge AND Chatham County PLUS raw land, acreage, estate property. Love it!

Currently: flyers & mktg material for "Realtors On Parade" Sept 21, 2007. Goal: improve realtors radius to other areas of Triangle. We need flyers on file so next event just matter of revamping. Its all about working smart and saving time - don't like reinventing the wheel
