Meetup Description: As real estate sales slow and sale prices drop, you are going to encounter sellers who owe more on their mortgage than they can sell their home for. Julia will answer the questions you may have on who is involved in the short sale, how long it might take, who you need to talk to, and important things to watch out for. Be able to help your clients through this difficult situation.
Julia Iden has been in the mortgage industry for 21 years. Julia is the President of Advance Mortgage Education, Inc. She wrote “Understanding the Mortgage Industry” and “Art of the Short Sale” which are a culmination of 18 years of mortgage industry insight gleaned while working on behalf of a mortgage insurer, a mortgage investor and a mortgage servicer. The classes are approved by the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, the North Carolina Banking Commission, and the North Carolina State Bar as a continuing education courses. Julia is also the President of Mortgage Resolutions, Inc. Julia served as the President for the National Association of Professional Mortgage
