There are ways to keep the money coming in while the market evens out! Realtors should join if they are interested in referrals in residential housing, reo's, and multi family. Also if you are looking for ideas on marketing, working with LO's and finding the best title company in MN to send your clients to. Also have a great investment opportunity for your clients that will make them stay with you for life. There are many benefits to being a member but the best one is meeting new people who understand the market and feel the same tension as you do.
